John Farrand is an extraordinary builder.  My husband and I have five experiences building new homes, and our experience with John absolutely surpassed all of our other experiences.  We know this was due to John’s extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction along with his incredible attention to detail and timing of construction.  His honesty, and his desire to build a cost effective home that truly meets the needs and desires of his clients is evident in each of the beautiful homes he has built.  It was a privilege to work with such an outstanding builder and truly a remarkable person.
